Brian Cassingham is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California, and has been a full time real estate professional since 1987.  A native southern Californian, he began his business career in 1978, when he completed his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Economics at UC Santa Barbara.  Following three years in restaurant management, he returned to school and earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.  After spending a few years in health care management, during which time he served as Medical Center Manager and Director of Operations of a large health plan, he realized that his "real" interests were in real estate.

Brian has extensive experience in virtually all facets of residential real estate, including the purchase and sale of houses, condos, apartment buildings, and 1031 Tax Exchanges.  He has worked with numerous lenders and helped many clients in qualifying for home loans.  He has also purchased and sold over 25 of his own properties.  He has considerable property management experience, with not only his own rentals but also those of several clients.  During the real estate recession of the 90s, he became an expert in foreclosure situations, and thus is experienced in dealing with foreclosing lenders and especially well able to assist those experiencing difficulty in this area.
